Is the United States torturing Bradley Manning? Well the United States government doesn't seem to have a unified answer. Just as Manning himself spoke for the first time about the humiliating and abusive treatment of the DoD State Department Representative PJ Crowley and President Obama made directly contradictory statements on his treatment. So while Crowley is willing to question the actions of military, why isn't Obama?
